    UC Berkeley’s Greater Good published an article about the difference between eudaimonic happiness and hedonistic happiness, and how eudaimonic happiness, or happiness that comes from fulfilling a sense of purpose or being part of something greater than one’s self, contributes more to well-being and longevity than hedonistic happiness.
